 Welcome to Calorie Lab! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Calorie Lab mobile application (the "App") and the services provided through it. By accessing or using our App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Description of Service

Calorie Lab is a platform that allows users to browse, order, and purchase healthy meals, meal plans, and nutritional food items ("Products"). We manage the preparation and/or delivery of these Products to your designated location.

2. Account Registration

  • To place an order, you may be required to create an account.

  • You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update it as necessary.

  • You are responsible for safeguarding your account password and for any activities or actions under your account.

3. Health & Nutritional Disclaimer

  • Not Medical Advice: The nutritional information, calorie counts, and health suggestions provided in the App are for informational purposes only. They do not constitute medical advice or a substitute for professional dietetic consultation.

  • Allergies & Dietary Restrictions: While we provide ingredient lists, we cannot guarantee the complete absence of cross-contamination. If you have severe food allergies or medical conditions, you must review the ingredients carefully and consult with a medical professional before placing an order. Calorie Lab is not liable for allergic reactions.

4. Ordering and Pricing

  • Order Acceptance: All orders placed through the App are subject to acceptance by Calorie Lab. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including product availability, errors in pricing, or suspected fraudulent activity.

  • Pricing: Prices for all Products are listed in the App and are subject to change without notice. Prices may exclude taxes and delivery fees, which will be added at checkout.

  • Payments: All payments must be made through our approved payment methods within the App. You represent that you have the legal right to use the payment method provided.

5. Cancellation and Refunds

  • Cancellation: Because our food is freshly prepared, orders can only be cancelled or modified within a limited timeframe after placement (as specified in the App). Once preparation has begun, orders cannot be cancelled.

  • Refunds: Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. If you receive the wrong order, damaged food, or experience significant delays, please contact our support team immediately.

6. Delivery Policy

  • We aim to deliver your food within the estimated delivery window shown at checkout. However, delivery times are estimates and may be affected by traffic, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.

  • You are responsible for ensuring that a correct delivery address and contact number are provided, and that someone is available to receive the order.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

  • Tamper with, disrupt, or hack the App’s servers, security features, or networks.

All content on the App—including logos, text, graphics, designs, images, and software—is the property of Calorie Lab and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the App without our express written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Calorie Lab, its directors, employees, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the App, the consumption of our products, or the inability to access the service.

10. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any major changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page or via an in-app notification. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
