1. Entertainment and Educational Purpose Only

  • Simulated Environment: FakeGram is a simulator tool designed strictly for entertainment, educational, creative, and prank purposes. It allows users to create simulated chats, profiles, and social media interactions.

  • No Real Connectivity: The App does NOT connect to real Instagram servers, nor does it interact with any actual social media platform. All data, profiles, and messages generated within the App are local to the device and completely fictional.

2. Strict Prohibition of Misuse and Fraud

You explicitly agree NOT to use FakeGram for any malicious, illegal, or harmful activities, including but not limited to:

  • Impersonation and Fraud: Creating fake conversations or profiles of real individuals, public figures, or organizations to deceive, defraud, or scam others.

  • Harassment and Blackmail: Generating fake screenshots to threaten, blackmail, harass, or defame any individual or entity.

  • Spreading Misinformation: Sharing generated screenshots on public platforms to spread fake news, rumors, or false information.

⚠️ Disclaimer: You are solely responsible for the content you create and how you share it. FakeGram and its developers hold zero liability for any real-world disputes, legal consequences, or damages resulting from your misuse of the App.

3. Intellectual Property and Fair Use

  • Aesthetic Simulation: The user interface of this App may simulate social media styles for creative purposes. This App is completely independent and is NOT affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with Meta Platforms Inc. or Instagram.

  • User-Generated Content: You retain ownership of the content you generate, but you grant the App the necessary local permissions to display and store this data on your device.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the developers of FakeGram shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising out of your use or misuse of the App.
